The Sterling Raiders baseball team (Houston, TX), was overwhelmed 14-1 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting Austin Mustangs (Houston, TX)

The Mustangs now hold a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Bend Hightower for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 24. Austin will confront a Hurricanes team coming off a 27-1 non-league win over Alief Elsik (Houston, TX). The Hurricanes record now stands at 1-0.

Next, the Raiders confront the Fort Bend Hightower Hurricanes (Missouri City, TX) in a non-league outing, on Friday, February 25. Sterling will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Hurricanes go into the outing with a 3-0 record after their 8-1 non-league win over Fort Bend Marshall (Missouri City, TX).
