In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Trion Bulldogs baseball team scored a tight 7-2 victory over the Dade County Wolverines.
The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their game against LaFayette (LaFayette, GA). The Ramblers go into the non-league game with a 1-5 record. In their last game, LaFayette tipped Southeast Whitfield County (Dalton, GA), 23-6, in a non-league game.
The Wolverines (1-2) will now prepare for their game against North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL). The Bison go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, North Sand Mountain was overwhelmed by New Hope (New Hope, AL), 12-2, in a non-league game.
