The Somerville Pioneers tipped the visiting Voorhees Vikings basketball team by a final score of 55-53 in Thursday's league game.
In their next game, the Pioneers face the West Morris Mendham Minutemen (Mendham, NJ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 24. Somerville will attempt to move on its 9-16 season record. The Minutemen enter the game with a 15-8 record after their 58-52 league loss to Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ).
With the defeat, Voorhees moves to 15-7 on the year.
