Athens Academy Spartans (Athens, GA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Loganville Christian Academy Lions (Loganville, GA), 10-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans confront the Pinecrest Academy Paladins (Cumming, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 1. Athens Academy will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Paladins enter the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over South Forsyth (Cumming, GA).

The Lions now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host George Walton Academy for a A Private Area 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 1. Loganville Christian Academy will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Bethlehem Christian Academy (Bethlehem, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-1.
