Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hancock County Hornets (Lewisport, KY) and the visiting Breckinridge County Fighting Tigers (Harned, KY), saw Hancock County's basketball squad hold off Breckinridge County by a tally of 51-49.

With the victory, Hancock County improves its record to 18-11 on the campaign.
