Coldwater Cardinals (Coldwater, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Lumen Christi Catholic Titans (Jackson, MI), 40-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Coldwater upgrades its record to 13-7 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Otsego (Otsego, MI) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 28. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 14-5. Otsego lost 58-44 in their recent league bout against Paw Paw (Paw Paw, MI)

Next up, the Titans play the Jackson Vikings (Jackson, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 28. Lumen Christi Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 11-9 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 16-4 record after their 83-81 league win over Chelsea (Chelsea, MI).
