Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL) and the visiting St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL), saw Salt Fork's basketball squad overcome St. Thomas More by a tally of 56-42.

With the victory, Salt Fork improves its record to 28-4 on the campaign. The Storm travel to Cornerstone Christian (Bloomington, IL) to confront the Cyclones in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 1. The Cyclones come into the challenge with a record of 29-5. Cornerstone Christian won 62-41 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Anne (St. Anne, IL)
