The South St. Paul Packers basketball team (South St. Paul, MN), was nudged 68-65 in Friday's league battle with the visiting St. Thomas Academy Cadets (Mendota Heights, MN)
The Cadets now possess a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hill-Murray for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 28. St. Thomas Academy will battle a Pioneers team coming off a 81-48 non-league loss to Tartan (Oakdale, MN). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-20.
The Packers (19-6) will now prepare for their battle against Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN). The Zephyrs come into the non-league battle with a 21-3 record.
