The West Salem Titans (Salem, OR) basketball nipped the host Sprague Olympians (Salem, OR), 64-59 in Friday's league test.
The Titans (16-9) will now prepare for their test against Oregon City (Oregon City, OR). The Pioneers go into the non-league test with a 9-12 record. In their last test, Oregon City was tipped by West Linn (West Linn, OR), 58-50, in a non-league test.
The Olympians now own a 12-12 record. They play next when they travel to Gresham for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 1. Sprague will encounter a Gophers squad coming off a 91-43 non-league win over Reynolds (Troutdale, OR). The Gophers record now stands at 20-4.
