The Moreau Catholic Mariners volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Acalanes Dons to 0 in the Mariners non-league victory on Friday.

The Mariners now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 28. Moreau Catholic will meet a Fightin' Irish team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Lincoln (San Francisco, CA). The Fightin' Irish record now stands at 5-3.

The Dons (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Alhambra (Martinez, CA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Alhambra dropped by Pittsburg (Pittsburg, CA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
