Academy of the Holy Angels Angels (Demarest, NJ) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Newark Academy Minutemen (Livingston, NJ), 61-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Academy of the Holy Angels upgrades its record to 18-10 on the campaign. The Angels travel to Immaculate Heart Academy (Washington Township, NJ) to play the Blue Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, February 27. The Blue Eagles come into the bout with a record of 22-4. Immaculate Heart Academy won 60-35 in their recent non-league bout against Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ)
