In Friday's league battle, the visiting Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy soccer squad scored a close 5-0 triumph over the Athens Christian Eagles.
The (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Rabun County (Tiger, GA). The Wildcats come into the 1A D-I Region 8 battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Rabun County nudged Elbert County (Elberton, GA), 4-1, in a league battle.
The Eagles (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against Loganville Christian Academy (Loganville, GA). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Loganville Christian Academy nudged St. Mary's (Fairburn, GA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
