The South Gwinnett Comets smashed the visiting Grayson Rams soccer squad by a margin of 5-1 in Friday's league match.
The Comets now sport a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Parkview for a 7A Region 4 match on Tuesday, February 28. South Gwinnett will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Archer (Lawrenceville, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Grayson drops to 0-6 on the season. The Rams travel to Newton (Covington, GA) to face the Rams in a 7A Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, February 28. The Rams enter the challenge with a record of 1-6. Newton lost 10-0 in their recent league challenge against Brookwood (Snellville, GA)
