The crowd at Friday's league test between the Carthage Bulldogs (Carthage, TX) and the visiting Sabine Cardinals (Gladewater, TX), saw Carthage's soccer squad beat Sabine by a margin of 5-1.

The Bulldogs now sport a 11-6 record. They play next when they host Spring Hill for a 4A Region 2 District 15 test on Tuesday, February 28. Carthage will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 6-1 league loss to Kilgore (Kilgore, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 6-11.

With the loss, Sabine drops to 2-11 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Henderson (Henderson, TX) to meet the Lions in a 4A Region 2 District 15 test on Tuesday, February 28. The Lions come into the test with a record of 9-2. Henderson won 6-0 in their recent league test against Center (Center, TX)
