In Friday's league challenge, the Cumberland Clippers (Cumberland, RI) ice hockey team the host Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI), by a margin of 5-1.
The Clippers now possess a 14-4 record. They play next when they host Prout for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 3. Cumberland will play a Crusaders team coming off a 5-1 league loss to La Salle Academy (Providence, RI). The Crusaders record now stands at 13-10.
