Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Wheeler County Bulldogs (Alamo, GA) and the host Johnson County Trojans (Wrightsville, GA), saw Wheeler County's baseball squad knock off Johnson County by a count of 7-1.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs play the Wilkinson County Warriors (Irwinton, GA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 29. Wheeler County will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record.

The Trojans (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Georgia School for Innovation & Classics (Hephzibah, GA). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Georgia School for Innovation & Classics was overwhelmed by Washington County (Sandersville, GA), 13-3, in a non-league match.
