The Dexter Tigers tipped the host Penobscot Valley Howlers basketball team by a final score of 28-23 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Tigers face the Hall-Dale Bulldogs (Farmingdale, ME) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 2. Dexter will attempt to move on its 20-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 20-2 record after their 49-36 non-league win over Madison (Madison, ME).
With the defeat, Penobscot Valley moves to 16-3 on the year.
