New York High School Basketball - Peru topples Plattsburgh

In Saturday's non-league match, the Peru Nighthawks (Peru, NY) basketball team ran past the visiting Plattsburgh Hornets (Plattsburgh, NY), by a final score of 42-34.

In their next game, the Nighthawks meet the Beekmantown Eagles (Plattsburgh, NY) in a non-league match, on Friday, March 1. Peru will attempt to move on its 10-11 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 9-11 record after their 56-32 league loss to Saranac (Saranac, NY).
