Vermont High School Ice Hockey - Essex drops to Champlain Valley Union

In Saturday's non-league test, the host Champlain Valley Union Redhawks ice hockey team scored a tight 5-2 win over the Essex Hornets.
The Redhawks (6-12) will now prepare for their test against South Burlington (South Burlington, VT). The Wolves enter the non-league test with a 18-2 record. In their last test, South Burlington held off Essex (Essex Junction, VT), 6-0, in a league test.
