Next, the Roughnecks confront the Needville Bluejays (Needville, TX) in a 4A Region 3 District 21 challenge, on Monday, February 26. Columbia will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Bluejays enter the challenge with a 13-3 record after their 1-0 league win over Iowa Colony (Iowa Colony, TX).

The Bulldogs now have a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Needville for a 4A Region 3 District 21 challenge on Saturday, March 2. Sweeny will confront a Bluejays team coming off a 3-0 league win over Columbia (West Columbia, TX). The Bluejays record now stands at 14-3.
