Texas High School Baseball - McKinney defeats Sherman

In Monday's non-league game, the visiting McKinney Lions baseball team scored a close 9-3 victory over the Sherman Bearcats.

The Lions (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Richardson (Richardson, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Richardson held off Royse City (Royse City, TX), 11-0, in a non-league game.

Next, the Bearcats face the Mesquite Skeeters (Mesquite, TX) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 27. Sherman will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
