The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Century Knights (Sykesville, MD) and the visiting Winters Mill Falcons (Westminster, MD), saw Century's basketball team crush Winters Mill by a tally of 47-26.
The Knights now possess a 18-3 record. They play next when they host Liberty for a Carroll County bout on Wednesday, February 26. Century will play a Lions team coming off a 52-45 non-league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, MD). The Lions record now stands at 16-4.
With the loss, Winters Mill falls to 5-17 on the campaign. The Falcons host Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD) to play the Eagles in a Carroll County bout on Friday, February 28. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-17. Francis Scott Key lost 73-63 in their recent league bout against South Carroll (Sykesville, MD)
