Virginia High School Basketball - Western Albemarle crushes Monticello

The Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA) basketball crushed the host Monticello Mustangs (Charlottesville, VA), 65-42 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Warriors now possess a 18-5 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty Christian for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 26. Western Albemarle will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 74-53 non-league win over Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 20-5.

With the loss, Monticello falls to 14-11 on the campaign.
