Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Conard knocks off South Windsor

In Monday's non-league contest, the host Conard Red Wolves ice hockey team scored a nice 9-0 victory over the South Windsor Bobcats.
The Red Wolves (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against WMRP [Wethersfield/Middletown/Rocky Hill/Plainville] (Wethersfield, CT). The Eagles go into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, WMRP [Wethersfield/Middletown/Rocky Hill/Plainville] was routed by East Catholic (Manchester, CT), 4-3, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bobcats play the Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT) in a Central Connecticut - North contest, on Wednesday, February 26. South Windsor will attempt to better on its 2-12 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 10-9 record after their 5-1 league win over Northwest Catholic (West Hartford, CT).
