North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Atkins nips Bishop McGuinness

February 24, 2025: Kernersville, NC 27284

The Atkins Camels lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the host Bishop McGuinness Villains to 11 in the Camels league triumph on Monday.

The Camels now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Davidson for a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont challenge on Wednesday, February 26. Atkins will clash with a Black Knights squad coming off a 12-0 league win over Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Black Knights record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Bishop McGuinness drops to 0-1 on the season. The Villains travel to West Stokes (King, NC) to play the Wildcats in a Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont game on Wednesday, February 26. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 0-1. West Stokes lost 11-4 in their recent league game against Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC)
