Mississippi High School Softball - Lake Cormorant bounces Strayhorn

In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Lake Cormorant softball team scored a nice 13-4 win over the Strayhorn Mustangs.
The (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Horn Lake (Horn Lake, MS). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Horn Lake was routed by Olive Branch (Olive Branch, MS), 16-15, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Independence Wildcats (Independence, MS) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 25. Strayhorn will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats come into the match with a 2-1 record after their 18-0 non-league loss to Lafayette (Oxford, MS).
