The Cumberland Academy Knights baseball team (Tyler, TX), was overwhelmed 10-2 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Hughes Springs Mustangs (Hughes Springs, TX)
The Mustangs now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cooper for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 5.
Next, the Knights face the Cayuga Wildcats (Cayuga, TX) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, February 26. Cumberland Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the outing with a 3-0 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Troup (Troup, TX).
