With the victory, Lakeshore upgrades its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Lancers host Brandywine (Niles, MI) to play the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 3. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 13-4.

Next up, the Huskies play the Schoolcraft Eagles (Schoolcraft, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 3. Portage Northern will attempt to upgrade on its 1-18 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 17-2 record after their 57-42 non-league win over Fennville (Fennville, MI).
