The Farmington Scorpions routed the visiting Sandia Matadors basketball team by a final score of 65-43 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Scorpions face the La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 26. Farmington will attempt to move on its 25-2 season record. The Bears enter the game with a 19-5 record after their 63-42 league win over Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM).
