The Ashley Bears basketball team (Ashley, MI), was overwhelmed 78-21 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Fulton Pirates (Middleton, MI)
The Pirates now possess a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ithaca for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 28. Fulton will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 68-58 league loss to Nouvel Catholic Central (Saginaw, MI). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 7-11.
The Bears (1-19) will now prepare for their battle against Akron-Fairgrove (Fairgrove, MI). The Vikings come into the non-league battle with a 7-11 record.
