The Bishop McNamara Mustangs basketball team (Forestville, MD), was routed 72-47 in Saturday's non-league match with the visiting Gonzaga Eagles (Washington, DC)
In their next game, the Eagles meet the St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC) in a non-league match, on Sunday, February 26. Gonzaga will attempt to better on its 24-7 season record. The Cadets enter the match with a 27-2 record after their 68-63 non-league win over Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD).
With the defeat, Bishop McNamara moves to 23-7 on the year. The Mustangs host Glenelg Country (Ellicott City, MD) to meet the Dragons in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 28. The Dragons enter the match with a record of 7-15.
