Colorado High School Basketball - Colorado Springs Christian knocked off by Ellicott

The Ellicott Thunderhawks basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Colorado Springs Christian Lions to 35 in the Thunderhawks non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Thunderhawks now sport a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to SkyView Academy for a non-league contest on Friday, March 3. Ellicott will battle a Hawks team coming off a 45-35 non-league win over Dawson School (Lafayette, CO). The Hawks record now stands at 14-8.

The Lions (15-7) will now prepare for their contest against Stargate School (Thornton, CO). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 13-8 record. In their last contest, Stargate School ran past Lotus School For Excellence (Aurora, CO), 80-52, in a non-league contest.
