Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Northwest Area can't hold off Muncy

The Muncy Indians basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Northwest Area Rangers to 44 in the Indians non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Indians now sport a 18-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Neumann Regional Academy for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 1. Muncy will battle a Golden Knights team coming off a 56-42 non-league win over South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA). The Golden Knights record now stands at 21-4.

The Rangers (20-5) will now prepare for their contest against South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA). The Mountaineers enter the non-league contest with a 15-9 record. In their last contest, South Williamsport was nudged by Neumann Regional Academy (Williamsport, PA), 56-42, in a non-league contest.
