The University Buccaneers routed the visiting Washburn Pirates basketball team by a final score of 75-45 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Buccaneers face the Cosby Eagles (Cosby, TN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 28. University will attempt to move on its 16-13 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 16-14 record after their 55-52 non-league win over Unaka (Elizabethton, TN).
With the defeat, Washburn moves to 7-21 on the year.
