In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Monte Vista Mustangs basketball team scored a decisive 66-39 triumph over the Granada Matadors.
In their next game, the Mustangs meet the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 28. Monte Vista will attempt to better on its 24-6 season record.
