The Eagles now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chisum for a non-league match on Saturday, February 25.

With the loss, New Boston falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Lions host Hooks (Hooks, TX) to face the Hornets in a 3A Region II District 14 match on Monday, February 27. The Hornets enter the match with a record of 9-3. Hooks won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against New Diana (Diana, TX)
