In Saturday's non-league contest, the West Monroe Rebels (West Monroe, LA) softball team overwhelmed the host St. Frederick Warriors (Monroe, LA), by a margin of 12-0.
With the triumph, West Monroe moves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Rebels travel to Cecilia (Cecilia, LA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Saturday, February 25. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Warriors play the Loyola College Prep Flyers (Shreveport, LA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, March 2. St. Frederick will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
