Texas High School Baseball - Junction wallops Leakey

The Junction Eagles (Junction, TX) baseball trounced the visiting Leakey Eagles (Leakey, TX), 18-5 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Clarendon for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 1. Junction will clash with a Broncos team coming off a 6-3 non-league loss to San Jacinto Christian Academy (Amarillo, TX). The Broncos record now stands at 3-4.

With the defeat, Leakey drops to 0-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Knippa (Knippa, TX) to clash with the Crushers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. The Crushers go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Knippa won 11-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Our Lady of the Hills (Kerrville, TX)
