The Panthers now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northeast Lauderdale for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. Morton will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Kosciusko (Kosciusko, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 2-4.

With the defeat, Scott Central drops to 0-6 on the year. The Rebels travel to Union (Union, MS) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. The Yellowjackets go into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Union won 12-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Quitman (Quitman, MS)
