The Greene County Tech Golden Eagles (Paragould, AR) basketball crushed the visiting Batesville Pioneers (Batesville, AR), 66-31 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Golden Eagles now possess a 15-13 record. They play next when they host Marion for a 5A East bout on Friday, February 28. Greene County Tech will play a Patriots team coming off a 39-31 league win over Valley View (Jonesboro, AR). The Patriots record now stands at 23-6.
With the loss, Batesville falls to 9-13 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Searcy (Searcy, AR) to play the Lions in a 5A East bout on Friday, February 28. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 7-15. Searcy lost 69-36 in their recent league bout against West Memphis (West Memphis, AR)
