North Carolina High School Basketball - Hopewell nips Charlotte Catholic

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Hopewell Titans basketball team scored a close 53-52 win over the Charlotte Catholic Cougars.

The Titans (20-7) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats come into the non-league contest with a 26-1 record. In their last contest, Lake Norman edged Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC), 89-74, in a non-league contest.
