Kansas High School Basketball - Hayden bests Junction City

The Hayden Wildcats basketball team scored 75 points and limited the visiting Junction City Bluejays to 63 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now possess a 11-8 record. They play next when they host Eudora for a non-league game on Thursday, February 27. Hayden will play a Cardinals team coming off a 46-44 league win over Louisburg (Louisburg, KS). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-9.
With the loss, Junction City falls to 12-7 on the campaign. The Bluejays travel to Emporia (Emporia, KS) to play the Spartans in a Centennial game on Friday, February 28. The Spartans go into the game with a record of 13-7. Emporia won 66-65 in their recent league game against Manhattan (Manhattan, KS)
