In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting Pembroke Spartans basketball team scored a good 63-51 triumph over the Merrimack Valley The Pride.
The Spartans (15-2) will now prepare for their contest against Milford (Milford, NH). The Spartans go into the Division II contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, Milford was topped by Hollis-Brookline (Hollis, NH), 53-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the The Pride battle the Stark Generals (Weare, NH) in a Division II contest, on Thursday, February 27. Merrimack Valley will attempt to better on its 10-7 season record. The Generals go into the contest with a 6-13 record after their 50-44 league win over Bishop Brady (Concord, NH).
