    Mt. Edgecumbe Braves (Sitka, AK) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Sitka Wolves (Sitka, AK), 71-70 in a league match.

    With the victory, Mt. Edgecumbe advances its record to 16-4 on the year. The Braves travel to Metlakatla (Metlakatla, AK) to face the Chiefs in a non-league match on Thursday, February 27. The Chiefs enter the match with a record of 18-3. Metlakatla won 50-41 in their recent non-league match against Unalakleet (Unalakleet, AK)

    The Wolves now own a 19-3 record.
