The Lowell Cardinals volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats to 0 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Aragon for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 27. Lowell will play a Dons team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Balboa (San Francisco, CA). The Dons record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, St. Ignatius College Preparatory drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Junipero Serra (San Mateo, CA) to play the Padres in a WCAL outing on Thursday, March 6. The Padres come into the outing with a record of 1-0.
