The Homer Mariners basketball team scored 41 points and limited the visiting Nikiski Bulldogs to 37 in the Mariners league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mariners now possess a 4-17 record. They play next when they host Redington for a non-league game on Friday, February 28. Homer will play a Huskies team coming off a 54-16 non-league loss to Kenai Central (Kenai, AK). The Huskies record now stands at 2-20.

With the loss, Nikiski falls to 6-14 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Houston (Big Lake, AK) to play the Hawks in a non-league game on Friday, February 28. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 4-15. Houston won 38-22 in their recent league game against Redington (Wasilla, AK)
