With the victory, Salina Central advances its record to 9-10 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Haysville Campus (Wichita, KS) to meet the Colts in a non-league battle on Friday, February 28. The Colts enter the battle with a record of 3-16. Haysville Campus lost 66-35 in their recent league battle against Maize South (Wichita, KS)

The Railroaders now own a 0-18 record. They put it on the line next when they host Andover Central for a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail II battle on Thursday, February 27. Newton will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 47-44 league win over Eisenhower (Goddard, KS). The Jaguars record now stands at 12-7.
