The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Westmoreland Eagles (Montross, VA) and the visiting Northumberland Indians (Heathsville, VA), observed Westmoreland's basketball team overwhelm Northumberland by a score of 55-30.
The Eagles (17-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Essex (Tappahannock, VA). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 15-6 record. In their last challenge, Essex trounced Charles City (Charles City, VA), 64-32, in a non-league challenge.
