The Oxford Prep Griffins basketball squad (Oxford, NC), was crushed 54-10 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Wake Prep Academy Guardians (Wake Forest, NC)

With the victory, Wake Prep Academy advances its record to 21-3 on the year. The Guardians travel to Warren County (Warrenton, NC) to meet the Eagles in a non-league battle on Friday, February 28. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 14-10. Warren County won 57-43 in their recent non-league battle against Falls Lake (Creedmoor, NC)

The Griffins now own a 8-11 record.
