In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Del Valle Conquistadores soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 win over the Horizon Scorpions.
The Conquistadores (12-1) will now prepare for their outing against Parkland (El Paso, TX). The Matadors enter the outing with a 4-5 record. In their last outing, Parkland Hanks (El Paso, TX), 1-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Scorpions confront the El Dorado Aztecs (El Paso, TX) in a non-league outing, on Friday, February 28. Horizon will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record.
